RNR Tire Express

So absolutely glad I found this place. After getting absurd quotes for brake caliper painting from other places I found RNR. They said give them an hour, supply your own paint (mine cost 10 bucks) and they'd do it for $50. That's 450 cheaper than everywhere else. It came out amazing! Staff was helpful, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything. Just got it done on my new car, looks great!

I was a new customer buying my son rims for my son that lives in the area. Chris started off very rude. I simply asked about my sons rims he then stated I wish we could get you results fast. I asked one question and ignored his rudeness. Then after he looked he didn’t give me any options just told me he couldn’t get rims and tires same day or tomorrow. I then asked nicely can you recommend someone that may have them same day since I’m from out of town. He told me why would do that I’m not giving someone else business. I said buddy you been rude since I walked in and I may have came back if I didn’t find what I needed. This guy should be fired on the spot. He had no idea who I was and that I was paying cash. When I address his rudeness he slammed the drawer and yelled good bye. I normally don’t leave reviews but had to on this one. Stay away guys I went down the street to discount and bought 3k rims and tires. Better experience there!!! Treat people right especially new customers. I told him I was from out of town.

I've purchased tires from RNR & utilized them for routine tire maintenance. RNR must hire great people & train them well because they are experts in their field. The staff makes purchasing easy by objectively lays out the pros & cons of each product after narrowing the selection based on my specific needs. I feel like they give me accurate consultation & I'm fully satisfied with my new tire purchase. In addition, they get me in quickly for service if I have a time constraint & make the process stress free. R&R is excellent at communicating all the way through the transaction so everything is transparent. There is never any mystery or surprises when I get the final invoice. I don't know if their prices are the lowest & its irrelevant to me. I'll gladly pay a little more for the professional service & fast turn around. I highly recommend doing business with RNR Tile Express.
