Alex did a fantastic job as project manager and was very accommodating to all of my requests. Very pleased with the workmanship and materials used. He oversaw the restoration in a professional and courteous manner. Christian repeatedly ignored my calls at the beginning of my claim, he needs to learn to communicate with clients who are looking for information, in a timely fashion. Did not start off on the right foot. Fortunately, the project manager more than made up for that.

We had a sump pump failure that flooded our finished rec room in the basement. Proclean was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They took care of everything. They even suggested and implemented a preventative measure that was ingenious. Instead of putting new drywall to the floor, they stopped several inches short and put wood at the bottom with a small gap between the drywall and wood. So if there was another flood, the drywall wouldn't come in contact with water. The insurance company accepted PureClean's estimate with no questions which shows the insurance company respects them ( it was an expensive restoration). Christian (owner) and Alejandro (project manager) did a great job as did the various workers. I'd hire them again.

Brian was very professional and attentive to all our needs. The service that we received and the reassurances made us feel greatful.
