PuroClean of Wentzville

I recently bought a home in Washington and had the usual inspections performed. Mold levels were detected by a company that warranted remediation. I did some research online and decided that PuroClean was the best choice. They did not fail us. They came in and did their own inspection and showed us what the other company had missed (and they missed a lot). Kevin thoroughly explained/showed us what he found and what his recommendations were and provided a quote to do the remediation. I did some online research and found that the quote was pretty much in line with the work to do. Work was scheduled to commence within 2 days, and was completed in 5. Note that the labor was pretty much done on day 1 with a little on day 5. The time inbetween was for letting machinery scrub the air to remove any air borne particles. Kevin and his team showed me their expertise and integrity and have proven to me that they are on your side to get the job done right. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I Recently had some flooding in my basement and was getting mixed advice from contractors on what I needed to do. I Called PuroClean and Kevin (the owner) came out as soon as he could and showed me what was going on with his meters and Infrared camera and gave me really good advice on how to handle the situation. He taught me about the standards for water remediation and repair and how he would handle it if it was his own house. He agreed to treat my basement with and anti-molding agent and gave me the knowledge to handle the rest myself. Even though I didn't need his full services this time he's made a lifelong customer out of me. I will be calling him any time I have water issues from now on because, quite honestly There is no one better. I would recommend him to anyone.

We can't rave enough about this service. Our water heater dumped its entire contents into our finished basement and then a water pipe burst when the plumber was filling the water heater. Kevin Brown and his team came within 2 days and vacuumed 90 gallons of water out. They dried the basement, cut the drywall, and moved furniture out so they could remove the carpet. This was all done over 2 weeks. The most important thing is they kept us informed every step along the way. I would highly recommend this company!

Kevin Brown came by promptly within the next day after calling. I had a minor spill, a few gallons that had soaked into my LVP flooring and ruined it, leaked into the basement. He was friendly, and gave me honest feedback. Didn't feel pressured at all, and he gave me tips on how to save myself money. Would recommend if you have a scare and need someone to give you honest feedback.
