Hugo was very responsive and was always available for any questions. He is extremely fair and reasonable , which we all know is rare in Miami, he truly seems to care about getting the job done right. His workers, Jean and David, were the definition of professional. I really cant say enough about them. They were in our house for over a week and were respectful and ridiculously clean. The whole Puroclean experience was informative, helpful and pain-free. Thank you!

Amazing company! We experienced a leak in our home and a friend recommended this company for help. We called and they immediately showed up and helped us. I just had a baby and needed to fix the mold situation and they were there! Thanks to them our home is mold free and safe for our baby

Responded very fast, Hard working professional and caring team from the top down. Hugo the owner sets the bar high for his crew, he personally came out to my house at 10:30 pm and completed the water inspection and instructed his crew on how he wanted the equipment set up. His guys did an amazing job and worked passed 1:00 am to set up the dehumidifiers and fans. They consistently monitored the equipment and after 3 days, Hugo himself came out and insured everything was properly dried out. Then, his team gathered all their equipment and left my house in better shape than they found it. I am very grateful to PutoClean and Hugo for all their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend them. they are the best at what they do.

Hugo and his assistant were super professional. I recommend this company 100%. I’m not to easy to trust and I felt such at ease with them. Due to this being my second home and not able to be there while the job was being done, there was no time for me to feel worried because I felt comfortable.
