PuroClean did an amazing job!!! Outstanding service from a caring and friendly staff, who completely fixed my situation quickly and safely! They are extremely fair with pricing too! I highly recommend this company!! They are professional, punctual, and truly cared about what they did- they definitely take good care of their customers!!!!!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had with our local PuroClean. Stephen responded immediately to our call and was able to start our damage removal right away. His staff came on the days and times expected. Everyone was friendly and professional. It was like having your friends and neighbors help you out! Everything was explained thoroughly and they took great care of our possessions. They were able to return our items with only a few days notice. I would recommend this service to everyone!

Our experience with PuroClean was perfect. Scheduling was easy and flexible, the crew showed up on time, their work exceeded our expectations, furniture that needed to be moved was handled with care, and they cleaned up after themselves. In and out and we didn’t have to do a thing!! Will definitely use them again and will recommend to friends and family.

Had a basement flood after sump pump died. Water sat there for weeks (oops!). The owner of PuroClean came out promptly to inspect and provide a quote. Their quote was fair, especially compared to other places whose rates seemed almost predatory. They got the job done quick and well. No more mold, it's very clean, and they were very professional, I would highly recommend.

I called to get a quote and was told by the after hours answer service rep not only could they not quote me but they have no idea when this companies regular hours are or the next time they will be open for me to speak with a regular representative for a quote. I called at 2pm, hours read 24x7.
