I would 100% recommend Robert and his team who recently carried out damp and mold remediation at my property. Robert's communication throughout the process was both proactive and responsive. Where possible he was more than happy to accommodate my own busy schedule and always arrived on time. He and his team always wore masks and boot covers, and treated my property as if it was his own. He was very thorough and this gave me complete peace of mind. I am very happy with the services provided.

An upstairs bathroom toilet flooded its floor and my kitchen cabinets, ceiling, lighting and cupboards. PuroClean of Northridge service was spectacular. First experience with Robert since our previous guy has gone MIA. Returned our call right away and came out the very next day.  He called us prior to arrival to make sure we were home. Professional uniform and very nice. They got to work immediately and made sure to inform us when they had something to point out.  Didn’t try to up-sell, just took care of it. Pricing was less expensive than some other quotes. Highly recommend.
