Without question, Pete is a trustworthy authority in his field and the best person you can find to rectify your water issues. After our basement flooded, Pete quickly understood the challenges and complications we were facing and confidently guided us through the mold remediation process. The PuroClean staff was always prompt, courteous and easily accessible by phone and email throughout our ordeal. Having never been faced with a disaster like this before, it was extremely comforting to find someone who could provide us with honest solutions and get our home up and running again. PuroClean is a great & reliable company. I had a pipe break in my garage causing water damage. I heard about PuroClean from a friend so I called them and they said they would be right over. They were at my house within about an hour. Peter and Eric showed up and immediately assessed the situation and helped me get everything out of my garage and basement. They were careful with my belongings and very professional. After everything was cleared out they used commercial grade equipment to evacuate the water and then commercial grade dryers to dry everything out. Pete came back the next couple of days to check the moisture amount in the house and was always there at the time of the appointment. We called PuroClean after our hot water tank exploded and flooded our finished basement. Friends had used PuroClean following a pretty bad house fire and recommended them highly. Within an hour of our call, Pete and his team showed up -- on a Sunday evening! They were very professional, compassionate and really knowledgeable.
