I do not usually leave reviews but a worker named Sam is what brought me here today. He was very nice and patient and answered all my questions. He did a great job with my water damage and had a smile the whole time. If i could personally recommend him to all future customers I would! Overall 10/10 experience.

My experience with Puro Clean has been amazing. Coming home to a major water loss in my home was devastating to say the least. My damage is considered a large loss. I was out of town and when I made it back to my home, I was greeted by (amazing Sam) the gentleman in charge of the medigation part. His concern for me and my property put me ease immediately. He got his team working fast to pull out everything wet. That first day was very important and Sam was organized along with his crew Hunter, Logan and Andrew. Every staff member was on point and very kind to me. They all had my best interest at heart. They promptly removed all wet debris and set up tons of fans and dehumidifier’s. Their process took them about 7 days to get my house completely dried out and ready for rebuild. They always arrived early each day Another key factor to my calmness was the owner Shawn Ernest!! He was in charge of getting all the details and spent days documenting and many 360 videos for proof of damage. Shawn did a very thorough job putting my mind at ease assuring me that my house would be put back the exact same way with the same quality of upgrades that I had originally had when my home was built. Your home is you biggest investment and place you call . I have been getting through this tragedy very well because of Sam, Shawn. Hunter, Logan, Andrew and I am a few more staff members that I may have forgotten to mention. I would highly recommend Puro Clean. Debbie

We highly recommended this group. When our house got flooded, we did not know what to do. Sam and his crew came over and took care of everything.
