PuroClean helped us with a mold remediation of our air vents that was causing autoimmune reactions in myself and our kids. Jason came out to take an initial look and give us an estimate and we were glad to see that the estimate was reasonable and appropriate in a world in which contractor services can sometimes seem appallingly high. We had a busted pipe on Christmas Eve, and I found PuroClean on google with fantastic reviews. I knew I had to give them a call for a quote. I received a call within hours of submitting my quote request online. U.L. was kind and asked all the right questions. He came out to assess the damages and was very straight forward. Gave me his recommendations and knowledge on what was going on. Explained in detailed what they would do to make sure everything was dried out. They were able to fit us in their busy holiday schedule to get us taken care of. Jason and UL came out and worked late in the evening on 12/30 to get us set up. UL (the owner) came out several times during the Holiday weekend to check the levels to make sure we were on target. He called me throughout the process to let me know what he was doing. The constant communication and going above and beyond the call of duty was much appreciated!. Jason and team came out on 01/03 to remove the fans and confirm that everything was indeed dried.
