Matt and his team were simply amazing! From the minute they first called me to when the last fan was picked up, Matt and his team went above and beyond. From working with the insurance company to ensure coverage to removing wet attic insulation I was fully aware of the process and was communicated to daily! Highly recommend!! We had a water heater spring a leak over the weekend in our office. When we arrived Monday morning we found that our offices were flooded. I called PuroClean by Browns. The owner was at our facility in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later he had his entire crew at our office moving stuff and sucking up water. By noon he had all the water sucked up and was drying everything out. They saved our drywall from being destroyed and most of our equipment. These guys are very professional and know their job very well. I would hire them in a second if I needed them again. I was able to continue running my 3 businesses with no interruption because they handled everything so well. They helped me with the insurance adjuster and has been there for every step needed to get our place back to 100%. I would like to thank Marlin and Tony for all their help and their crew. Great job guys!!!!!

The PuroClean team was GREAT to work with. We were out of town when our sump pump decided to go out and by the time we arrived home, all the contents from our finished basement were neatly packed into a storage pod and our basement was cleaned and dried out. Although we weren't able to be at home during the process, the team communicated with not only my husband and I, but also with our family members back at home who offered to help out with providing access to the house in our absence. Everyone is also very nice and professional. Thanks again PuroClean!

I used PuroClean for water damage in my basement. Matt went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and for a great price. This company is first class.

We had issues with our basement leaking and they were very quick with their initial service. They added another sump pump to the basement and tile in the ground. We THOUGHT that fixed the problem until it started again and we called them again. They added more tile a week later after finally getting ahold of them. We have tried for 3 days to get ahold of them now since it is leaking AGAIN. My fiancé got ahold of someone on Saturday and they said they would have someone call him and still have yet to hear back. I called again yesterday (Monday) to get told someone would call me and I’m still waiting. It’s frustrating paying someone that much money to still have the same problem and keep forking over more money to fix the same problem while trying to sell our home. It is now Thursday and still no word back. Had another company come in to fix what they did... I have in fact reviewed the correct company... we’ve tried reaching out. Company located in Wilmington. Spoke to Matt originally who did the work at our home.
