Insurance sent out PuroClean for water mitigation, and they were great. They were considerate of our space and time, and they seemed to be minimally intrusive when it came to removing flooring/ceiling areas to allow for drying process.

Not willing to be flexible with getting a crew to come back to finish work that was not completed. Try to schedule a review at 515 pm and the company does not have anyone that works after 5pm. Not very flexible to the customers needs the job that they did in my house. The job was not done properly and a return visit was needed with no luck of scheduling

After a burst pipe and two floors of our home having water damage PuroClean was recommended to us and they did an amazing job! Throughout all my stress and worry they responded timely to my calls and questions providing detailed answers even taking the time to repeat themselves, likely multiple times, with professionalism and patience. We even had a contractor come by and comment on what a thorough job they did removing all the areas damaged. They were in our home almost a full week and all of us - even our puppy - were comfortable with them doing the work while home or out. On days not home Chris called and sent messages with updates. Sadly I know this happened in many other areas and having seen that progress versus the progress in our home I know we were lucky to secure PuroClean as our restoration specialists! I contacted Chris at PuroClean to help with drying a portion of our basement carpet after it became damp. He was out quickly with an industrial sized fan and dehumidifier to remedy the issue. Within days, the area was completely dry! I highly recommend Chris and PuroClean as they are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable!

We were put in touch with Puroclean through our insurance company as a result water damage caused by a local appliance store's negligence in installing a new refrigerator.
