Ryan did an awesome job removing my bathroom ceiling and insulation for water mitigation. He laid down proper floor protection and reduced dust and drywall from making its way out of the bathroom and into the rest of the apartment. I had issues with the machine they set up but Jhon was responsive and had a technician out to switch the machine the next day

Awful cleaning job, but also after they cleaned our home (we needed it cleaned because of a fire) our portable speaker, vacuum cleaner, blow dryer, spoons and forks went missing. We weren’t at the house because we didn’t have AC during the summer and our house was in an unlivable state. Besides our missing items, the cleaners did a horrendous job: we had to request them to come and clean again. I would never recommend this place. My husband and I had to re-clean the whole house, plus we are enraged that our stuff went missing.

I hired David after a fire in my home as recommended from our public adjuster and insurance. Unfortunately they were not a company to trust. After moving back in our house many things were taken. David Acusta refuses to do anything to make things right. His response everytime I talk to him is that they have been in business for 13 years and our family owned so it is impossible for his company to have issues. I would be shocked if they are in business for another 13 years with them taking advantage of families in unfortunate circumstances and has an employee that feels it is okay to take items. Ensure you hire a security company to watch every move of David and his crew. Anyone can google and see other reviews on yelp, reddit etc. That this is a common practice of Puroclean Elmhurst.

The PuroClean team under the direction of David Acosta was outstanding. They went straight to work on April 6, 2020 to remove Biohazard material in an apartment. They filter out any smells right out of the window. They came prepared, and were diligent in their work (they didn't even take a lunch break). When they were finished, the areas were spotless, clean smelling and sanitized. WOW! WOW! The team discarded all material safely. My husband and I were very happy with the integrity of the workers and Ms. Acosta. He responded to our questions and requests in a timely manner. This was our first encounter with PuroClean and now we have scheduled another service which was also fantastic.
