Sump Pump Failure, Steve Marceau came out and surveyed the mess, water everywhere! Troy and his wonderful workers came out and began the restoration, They were all so polite and friendly and made me feel a bit more calm. Our sump pump failed and we ended up with over 4” of water in our crawl space. Puroclean responded quickly. Jesse and his crew made a quick inspection and began pumping water out immediately. They installed several large fans and a huge dehumidifier to dry the area. It took several days of the equipment running but it worked! Great job and we highly recommend this company. They where also considerate of the traffic area leading to the crawl. They where very protective of the carpet and walls. Steve the company owner even called several times to check on the progress and to ask if we had any concerns.

As soon as we noticed water in our basement, we reached out to Puroclean and they arrived at our house in less than an hour. They started the restorative process immediately. I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. Drew was the point person and was in constant communication with me throughout the process. He was a pleasure to work with. The main water pipe entering the house ruptured flooding our finished basement with 3 inches of water throughout. Puroclean arrived within a half hour of the city water department shutting off the water and the plumber repairing the broken pipe. Puroclean immediately got to work pumping out the water and beginning the clean-up. They were totally hands on, involving us very little other than answering questions and helping with a few decisions. The project lasted 2 1/2 continuous days, then parts of 2 more days until all the blowers, dehumidifiers, and air filters were removed. They were very diligent about mold prevention and removed or cut away all materials with that potential. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company. The same team worked the entire project, and arrived promptly at 8:30 am each morning. The team was very friendly and easy to work with. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their work. We highly recommend Puroclean-Shelby to anyone in our area with a similar emergency.

Due to a sump pump failure in early May, our finished basement in Rochester took in a great deal of water. I contacted 3 restoration companies to which I was referred. Joe from Puroclean was by far and away the most professional, upbeat, and reassuring person to whom I spoke. He visited my home promptly, surveyed the damage, helped me understand the process involved, and estimated the restoration cost. By the next morning, he had a team of 4 men, including himself, working in our basement to manage the problem. He uncovered a few other issues in the process, and pointed us in the right direction towards addressing those concerns as well. All the guys went above in beyond in helping us. While the sump pump failure was very unfortunate, I do feel really lucky that we happened upon Puroclean to restore our basement.
