There was a problem with work done by one of the subs on the initial job, as soon as they were made aware of it Chuck and Ross came back and made sure the job was done right even though the subs screwed up, awesome follow up A++

PuroClean was there within minutes and just jumped in to assess the mess and never skipped a beat. 123, They were cleaning water up and then adding major fans. They discussed with us each step, letting us know the flooring was buckled and needed to come up. I was a mess crying. They were so empathic of our feelings. The whole team just really cared. Even coming back home after a week at a hotel, I was overwhelmed with the cleanup from the dust. I called and they came to help with sweeping and mopping again even leaving an extra deodorizer for my piece of mind. They were just a phone call away and I felt like I was there most important customer. The whole staff was great and encouraging. Thank you, PuroClean for taking such good care of us!

Over the Labor Day holiday we had water back up in our basement which was fully carpeted. At the recommendation of our agent we called PUROCLEAN and they came the following day (Sunday). Spent 3 hours setting up equipment and doing some water extraction. Left the fans & dehumidifier until Thursday. The carpet was never lifted and the padding was still saturated. Highly unsatisified especially after receiving the bill and being charged for more extraction than was actually done. They did adjust the bill somewhat when I told them I didn't think it was fair. We removed the carpet and padding after they left and bought our own dehumidifier to finish drying out the woodwork. I guess I am wrong to think that people should get paid for what they do not what they think the insurance company will allow for a particular job.
