We had an AirBNB renter disaster at our rental home on A Street in Saint Augustine Beach. Even though our house cleaner worked for 5 days, we still were concerned about the biohazard residue that may require remediation. Matt took our call and went out to the house that same day to provide an inspection with our rental team. After a thorough inspection, he provided recommendations on how to move forward. He conducted all the tests necessary. Matt was so nice to check in after we took his advice on the recommendations and we told him we felt the floor still had an unusual feel to it. He connected us with the floor cleaning service team and they were able to come out the next morning. (We have another great review for them). Our team that came out said he was outstanding, professional, and so kind. Thank you, Matt for the fantastic service. We hope not to need this type of service again any time soon, but would absolutely use them again.

Nate and Jason truly made this nightmare of an issue both a breeze and a pleasure through their tireless efforts to rid my home of mold and water damage. These guys really took their time to explain away all of my concerns with whatever I could think of over our two days together. They ceaselessly took every precaution to assure the safety of myself and all of my belongings through meticulous cleanliness and care. I cannot recommend these guys and their company any more highly, as their staff and location manager were also incredibly patient and caring throughout the entire process. Additionally, their pricing keeps the customer and their struggles in mind. After shopping for quotes, it was a tremendous relief to have landed on PuroClean. I plan to use them for the put-back, so expect another stellar review in a few!

Excellent company. Our three year old decided she wanted to make a pond in her sink for her frogs and forgot to shut the facet off 😵‍💫. 3 inches of water in our brand new home. 😭 they came extremely fast and were amazing. Not only calmed us down but quickly came up with a solution to fix everything. Anthony and Keith were the main folks and were absolutely terrific. Highly recommend this company.

Mitigation team Justin and Neil came in did a thorough assessment explained the best course of action then immediately started to work. Carpet team Steven and quin went to work drying and cleaned carpet throughly and quickly. Overall a very pleasant experience considering the situation.

We have two great experiences with this company. They show up on time and follow through with their remediation process. All the people we spoke with and those in our home were respectable and a pleasure to deal with. We will recommend to others!
