PuroClean came to do a water mitigation after a pipe burst and ruined most of our floors. They were incredibly informative and thorough and made us feel very confident about the entire process. Their team was efficient and professional and they were in constant communication with us about everything. We always knew exactly when they were showing up which was so helpful! We will definitely be using them again in the future if this ever happens again.

Sub Zero weather caused a cold water pipe to break. After calling my insurance company, I called 9 different water mitigation companies. PuroClean was able to fit me in the next day. The others had a 6 day waiting list. They were fast, efficient, and professional. Derrick was thorough and polite! They worked with the insurance company and made my life a lot less stressful! We hired PuroClean to estimate some black mold we found in a single room of my home. Mr. Rick Van Dyke, the estimator came out on the Friday I reported it to my insurance company. He supplied me with a full detailed estimated. His crew showed up on Monday moring as planned , with everything needed to complete the job. The crew was above exceptional, very polite and were generally concerned about my concerns with the mold. They explained in detail what was going to happen in the process. I never heard them nor did I see material leave my house, it all went out the window. The crew followed up 2 days later to recheck the room and remove their equipment. It is hard to put into words what a good experience we had with Rick Van Dyke and Puroclean. Our situation was heartbreaking and dire. We live out of state and learned of my mother-in-laws death and discovered she had been hoarding and that her utilities were shut off due to the hazardous nature of her property. Within 2 hours of contacting Puroclean, Rick was on site on a Saturday and took nearly 400 pictures to show us the gravity of the situation. That same day he had a quote and his team began work 2 days later. It was my greatest with that I could spare my husband some of the shock and horror of how his mother was living. By the time we arrived in Virginia, we were able to safely enter the home thanks to Rick and his team. Throughout the whole process, he was kind, empathetic, extremely communicative and went way out of his way to be helpful. This is a tragedy for our family but working with Rick made us believe that people our out there to help. I can't recommend Puroclean enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Puroclean and Rick VanDyke. They demonstrated the highest level of responsiveness, professionalism and effectiveness. Rick was very patient addressing all my questions and concerns, and made a difficult situation much more manageable. He was able to bring in a team to get to work right away, and they did an outstanding job fully and finally resolving the problem.
