Mike Martin and his team with PuroClean go above and beyond to provide you with excellent service. Mike and his team helped remediate mold in my basement. When I called Mike about the mold I discovered, he and his team were at my house within 2 hours to begin the mitigation process. They provided service beyond what I needed and made suggestions for me to ensure I wouldn't have the same issue in the future. I would and actually have recommended (on a couple of occasions) Mike and his team to anyone who has water, fire or mold damage.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. In fact, I haven't experienced anything like this one before. Michael came to my home within an hour or 2 of my request. I called him because of a friend's recommendation. I had another company who had done some Water Restoration at my home and I was questioning if their suggestions were legit. Michael did not discredit this competitor company one bit, which showed me his true character, and that of his company. He shared with me all his insights on what he would do but still respectfully spoke of the other company & how their suggestions, though different, were still not all bad. He could have easily tried to sway my business to himself, but instead gave me an honest opinion on what needed done and spoke respectfully about another company. I have never heard so much knowledge from a Water Mitigation company before nor have I seen the character and humility which I observed in Michael. I am deeply impressed and will recommend this man and this company to anyone!

Very happy with this company. We had our septic overflow and it backed up into the house and got some water in the basement and one of the bathrooms. We called this location and Mike the owner came out to look at it. He was very courteous and kind and told us that he didn't think it was enough damage to file a claim for, and said they would come and clean it up for us for a charge, or he could save us money and tell us what to do to take care of it. We chose the option to do it ourselves so he went to his car and gave us a pot of the cleaner they use and explained what to do and went on his way...no charge! Thanks again Mike... highly recommend!

Michael was fantastic to work with during a stressful time of trying to find the best possible way to get mold out of our basement (around the holidays no less). He patiently and thoroughly answered what felt like hundreds of questions, and several phone calls. His team was out here the day after Thanksgiving to clean everything up, and my family and I are grateful for the quick and professional turnaround. Would highly recommend Micheal!
