They did work in my home after Ida after settling with my insurance companies for over 100K they are now trying to sue me for an additional 26K. Not only that but they claim to have done work that my family and I did and have proof of doing. We also never got the certificate stating that they has done the mold thing that they do after flooding. It's a complete joke.

Puroclean helped my family when we recently had our refrigerator line break. Water was everywhere, but to my amazement, they were able to dry EVERYTHING! Michael and his crew were quick to respond, professional, and answered all my questions. They saved the day, and my beautiful new home! Highly recommend!!!

Michael Keppner and his crew did an excellent job of mitigation and remediation on our water damage. We had damage to all of our flooring and a lot of walls. Puro Clean came in and totally helped us out. Communication was excellent, whether with Michael himself or his very professional work crew. I highly recommend this company for any mitigation and remediation needs.

I had a roof leak at my property that flooded my closet. I called and had someone show up to my house to assess the damage and then never heard anything again. I called multiple times and kept getting transferred to someone that would not answer the phone for multiple days. When I finally got the project manager on the phone and told him of the situation and how the water was sitting there and that my electrical appliances had now stopped working In my bedroom as well, I received a “yea sorry ‘bout that” by Mike. I would leave a review of their work but I have nothing to show for it because they simply don’t show up and they don’t answer. The people that work the phone line and very responsive and helpful but the project manager has answered only twice over the multiple calls and multiple days.

The PuroClean team did a fabulous job cleaning our Aunt's home! They worked hard and nonstop to do the job efficiently. The owner Michael was the picture of professionalism. We appreciated his compassion, empathy and genuine concern for our family. I would highly recommend the company to anyone! A special thank you again to the entire PuroClean team for everything!
