ProClean Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning

Mr. Quintero showed up within the promised time window. He was pleasant to talk with, and respectful of the home. The chemical used does not have a odor. The carpet went from dirty to clean in about 70 minutes.

Gerardo came to my home to clean the carpet. He was pleasant, professional, and respectful. I haven’t had my carpets cleaned in quite a while, but Gerardo did a great job. I appreciate his kind assistance in helping me move a couple of furniture items that were in the way. I also appreciate him calling me to let me know he was running a little behind and providing me with his estimated time of arrival. I would definitely consider using ProClean again in the future.

Had an excellent overall experience with Pro Clean. The price for services provided was as advertised and it remained consistent from the quote to the final invoice. Our technician was friendly and professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was able to perform all the work thoroughly and in a timely manner. We will be using this company again in the future.

We asked for a duct cleaning and they quoted me a light cleaning around $300 or a deep cleaning around $700. When Jose and Danny arrived they showed us a picture they took with their phones and said we had mold and needed remediation. Danny said it would cost $3300, but eventually through "discounts" they did it for $2700. I didn't have time to research the cleaning, but it the EPA doesn't seem to endorse the cleaning like they suggest. I'm not sure how they have 4 stars on google, but check other sites and you'll see how they use predatory sales tactics to pressure you for services you might not need.

Miguel came today and cleaned my carpets. He arrived right on time, worked very hard and was so pleasant to be around. He explained everything before he started. The rugs turned out even better than I expected!! I highly recommend Miguel.’
