We have enjoyed working with PPS from the beginning. Amy was our sales person and she listened to our wants and needs and made it happen. Our Project Manager, Josh was very knowledgeable and had great communication during the build. If I ever had a question or concern, all I had to do was call. The entire process was smooth and easy. We were very fortunate that all the cards fell in place for us with the timeline. We had great weather that kept the build on track without any delays. All of the contractors used seemed to be very good and respectful of our property. I will continue to recommend PPS to anyone who inquired about building a pool.

I could not be more pleased with the end result of our pool installation. The backyard was a complete transformation, and working with a company like Premier was refreshing. It is extremely rare to find a company who has genuine employees, and truly care about your vision, Ralph made sure to always give us all options available and keep us informed. The entire staff was awesome but Justin was a standout! He was top notch. He was very attentive, quick to respond and kept the project moving forward. The contractors they hired were also awesome and very hardworking. We had a great experience with Premier Pools and would highly recommend them. The project took about 3.5 months from beginning to end and now we have the most beautiful oasis in our backyard! Thank you John & Justin for making our dream become a reality!

Premier Pools and Spas was an Awesome company to use to install my very custom lakeside pool! With all of the setback restrictions and the unique shape of our lot made for a very precise plan and they nailed it! Every inch was used and our pool is perfectly placed in the backyard. Everything I wanted was designed into reality. We have an extra large lounging ledge, a nice roomy hot tub, an in water table with stools, lights, custom benches along the sides and the best feature is the stunning infinity edge. Their contractors were friendly and very helpful with answering my questions. They kept us informed of the work schedule which I appreciated. I knew I was in great hands with Mark, Mike, Josh, Brian, Carlos and the office team. You’ll be so happy when you get to enjoy your dream! Can you tell we love our pool and spa!

I give PPS five stars from beginning to end . Josh and team communicated without delay to any and all questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a pool. There are always hick ups with any build and Josh handled them professionally and didn’t try to talk us out of what we expected, he made it right . Great company to work with.
