Procuring a pool is no easy feat. So many contractors and choices. I’m about halfway reality the build with these guys and I’m pretty impressed. Exceeding expectations and milestone dates. They have also minimized the damage to the yard and kept the site very very clean.

From initial consultation to final fill and startup, the Premier Pool team was great! We are first time pool owners and had a ton of crazy questions along the way but Chip, James, and Ward were all about helping us understand the process and give us peace of mind. There were hiccups with scheduling but it’s just the time we live in right now with worker shortages and supply chain issues. Either way our pool still got built faster than any other pool builder we contacted! Any issue we had, James was quick to jump on it and get it fixed! After relocating from the Midwest to Alabama, the Premier pool team gave my family something to anchor us here and set down roots. I went from public enemy number one in my house to Superman!! It was definitely money well spent on a great family investment with a great pool company! Again, I can’t say enough about the entire team, everyone was super friendly, super helpful, and put their heart in their work! We are already working out the details on our next project and upgrades!! Without a doubt, James and the team at Premier Pool and Spa are the only team I’ll trust with my pool and spa business! Edit 6/2023——had a few issues after install but James and his team were quick to resolve them.

We had a great experience meeting with Chip Farrell at Premier Pools. We were very impressed with the information he supplied us with and the detail of the 3D presentation and pool design. We had previously met with several other companies and this by far exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a pool. We could not be happier with the pool or with the services provided! Between James, Chip, Ward, and Joel, all of the little details were taken care of and we never had to worry about a thing. They even referred an excellent landscaper that had our yard in shape in 2 days… just in time for Thanksgiving. They were all so kind that I feel like they became more like friends to us than contractors. I would definitely recommend them again and again!
