Polk City Ace Hardware

If we could give 10 stars, we would! My husband and I want to give a very BIG "Thank You" to the manager and staff at Ace Hardware in Polk City. On August 10, 2023, our car broke down. Ace had an auto parts section, and we were able to purchase an item that we thought would fix our car issue. Unfortunately, our repairs were more than we thought. Long story short, it was very very hot. They cleared a bench for us to sit and wait inside out of the scorching heat for a tow truck to arrive by Triple AAA. They gave us water. They even helped to charge our phones. When we found out that Tripple AAA could not get us a tow truck without a six hour wait, Ace called a local towing company for us and we were able to get help within the hour. All the employees went above and beyond and we are so grateful to all of them. They helped to make a miserable day pleasurable. THANK YOU!

I love that I have an Ace Hardware so close to home. Although they don't have everything I need all the time. They do have a Lot packed into that little store. This location does have propane refills if that's something you're looking for. As well as all kinds of other random things you might or might not need. Will definitely be back again and again

Price gouging in the dictionary would picture this Ace. TruFuel 50:1 mix LOWES-24.95 ACE 49.95 FOR A GALLON.

Love this store, they have everything I need when working in Polk City.
