This must be among the worst agencies in all of Mexico, and boy do I know several very bad ones. My sales executive was Jesús Rojas and he knows nothing about the cars he sells... I knew more! Finally I bought it but they delivered my car dirty inside, even with hair on the dashboard, I had to ask for a second hand. Later René Previas gave it to me, but when problems arise with the car, he lies to you and calls you back and nothing. And then along comes the sales manager, Nancy Gan... She's a liar, she says one thing and doesn't do it. It doesn't solve anything for you. Everyone I had contact with was terrible. When you see how each area works, you understand why they are such a bad agency. They are only interested in your money, not your satisfaction. Don't give them your money.

Honestly, if you don't make an appointment or the advisors don't know you, they won't peel you! I think there is a lack of a good leader in customer service, it is worth it for the area

THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE YOU IS TERRIBLE AND ESPECIALLY IN GUARANTEES, I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE JULY AND THEY STILL DON'T GIVE ME AN RESPONSE, WHAT A BAD SERVICE AND ABOVE ALL, NOBODY GIVES YOU THE FACE!!!
