I corresponded with Paul over a few days time to try and get my boyfriend's windshield fixed in a timely manner. We tried also going through a bigger company who canceled on us last minute and then tried to reschedule for a week from the original appointment. Paul kept to his original appointment and was always responsive, super helpful, and on top of this process. He was waiting for my boyfriend first thing and made the process of replacing his windshield quick and easy. To say we are elated with Paul's service is an understatement. I fully recommend Paul's services!!

Had my windshield replaced at Paul's Auto Glass. Friendly staff gave me great quote quickly. The next day Paul had me scheduled and I was in and out cruising the streets with a new Crystal clear windshield!

Genuinely outstanding service from Paul and Cassie -- Cassie provided door to door service; she picked up my car and dropped it off and I didn't have to do a thing. She was so helpful at every step of the way, from booking and scheduling to communicating the day-of service. The price was incredibly fair, the job was done extremely well, and I couldn't recommend this team more. Paul is the man! Very honest person who made a heck of a first impression. Windshield service only took about an hour or so and he even helped to fix something a previous worker goofed up on (no extra charge). We were short 10 dollars and he let us go. This might seem like a small gesture but in today’s world it’s liberating to meet a character who cares more about the individual than making a quick buck. Much appreciated.
