This company did more damage to my belonging's then the flood did. They left all my belonging sitting in water for weeks and never finished the job. If you have a choice choose somebody else anyone else.

JR and his crew— Jon, JUaNa, Jacob and Gustavo were very professional. They came in And assessed the damage and the work required in a very expedient manner. Once they got the go signal from the insurance company they came in right away with the proper equipment and personnel to do the job.. JR also answered some of my questions and concerns even after hours.. they did an excellent job and were very considerate of our time as well as our desire to have the water damage mitigated.. Thank you so much JR and crew !

We had a leak in November, our insurance sent this company, they cleaned up the water, removed insulation and cut a hole in the ceiling and that was it. It's April now and I can't get them to come to complete the restoration. I have called 8 times and it's always, "We'll call you back to schedule" except the last time I called when I was told they lost files and the guy who handled things doesn't work there anymore and the manager will call me back, well, that was March 20 and still no call. If you want something done halfway then use this company.

Paul Davis helped us when our roof leaked, causing a portion of our ceiling to come down in our master bedroom. They provided an estimate promptly and starting the repairs quickly. The gentleman who fixed our ceiling was polite, on time, did a fabulous job and cleaned up when the job was complete. I highly recommend Paul Davis.

These guys did an amazing job! We had category 3 water damage and they responded quickly and very professionally! Ashley, the estimator, was my go to person and made everything so easy for me. I like to be more involved and updated probably more than most, and she was on top of filling me in and is such a great communicator! Luis, the water mitigation manager, was fantastic! He was also a great communicator and checked in before they left each day! They cleaned up all debris and mopped up the floors before leaving every day so the house was a little less chaotic than it could have been considering the circumstances! We hopefully will never need them again, but if we do, we will certainly be using them! Highly recommended!
