Brian and Dave provided excellent service. They examined the damage after everything was dried out. They explained what would happen and how things would get repaired. I had concerns about the dishwasher and they brought in a plumber to address my concerns. The people they hired were also excellent and experienced! My kitchen is back better than before!

My bf passed away in July in our shower and both Brian and Dave were absolutely wonderful. I needed to have all of my floors upgraded from carpet. They both not only were extremely knowledgeable but both also had compassion to my situation. I have a very large St Bernard who their entire team worked around. I cannot say enough amazing things about these two! Thank you for restoring my faith in contractors. Y’all are so wonderful in my eyes. The floors look amazing and I feel like I have my home back.

Our dishwater leaked water on our kitchen floor. I contacted our insurance company Allstate to start a claim. They recommended the company Paul Davis. Paul Davis arrived within one day to dry out our floor and remove the wood that was damaged by the water. They all did a professional job and were very polite. Based on my experience so far, I asked Paul Davis to take care of the restoration. Jonathan from Paul Davis contacted us. He did an absolutely great job. He handled everything with our insurance company and kept us updated. The floor was fixed, and it looks beautiful now. When they refinished the floor Jonathan mentioned to us it would be better to find another accommodation. He mentioned this to Allstate, and they agreed to cover the cost. Jonathan was with us all the way in a situation that is not the best, and we highly recommend him and Paul Davis. They did a great job.

Big shout out to the Paul Davis Restoration crew that handled a project in my home after a leak involving upstairs and downstairs. I can’t say enough about the organization, communication and quality of workmanship they provided throughout the process! Every person that came through my door was courteous and helpful. I would especially like to thank Brandon, Brian and Dave for getting things done in a timely manner and with a “customer comes first” attitude! Very Impressive! Thank you all so very much!

The day we brought our newborn baby home our crawl space flooded. Paul Davis was there to help especially Jon our project manager. Completely helped us through the process, was so accommodating with us having a new baby, and even worked with us during problems with our insurance. Would definitely work with them again.
