Paul Davis Restoration of Rock Hill

After filing an insurance claim for a leak found in the crawlspace of my home, my insurance company assigned Paul Davis Restoration for mitigation and repairs. What I thought would just be a simple repair under the house, was actually a major repair inside as well, involving sub flooring, sheet rock, flooring and paint. The mitigation team members were polite, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. They determined water damage inside the house, which I was unaware of. The drying process took about a week and they came to the house each day to determine the levels of moisture to ensure drying was complete. Contractor, Grant Haskins and his crew, maintained a quick timeframe for repairs. Our belongings were treated with care and they kept their workspace clean. My kids and I stayed home through the renovations and repairs and everyone was more than agreeable to accommodate our school and work schedule. Within a few days, the area was restored just as it was before and I’m more than appreciative to Paul Davis and their team. I would recommend Paul Davis to anyone needing or wanting renovations or repairs. It’s an extremely overwhelming and anxious process, but from start to finish, they provided excellent customer service, quality workmanship and attention to detail, making the process as seamless and as a pleasant as possible.

Grant Haskins (Project Manager), and his crew did a fantastic job on restoring my house after a flood. He was great in dealing with my insurance adjuster, getting the work scheduled quickly, and keeping me informed every step of the way. The crews were professional, on-time, and very respectful of my property. They left my property looking better than when I bought it! The work done was of exceptional quality. I could not have asked for a better experience to come out of a miserable situation. The work done on restoring my home after a water pipe burst was absolutely amazing. They filed the estimates with the insurance company of the damages and cost to repair. The personnel sent to lay the floors, paint my home, replace counter top, take out ruined cabinetry to repair was hassle-free all done by professionals. It would have honestly been a 5 star rating had it not been for the lack of communication regarding scheduling of work and expectation of contractors. As such this will not allow 4.5 stars as this one issue was not major, but was of concern as I had a young female in the home [I worked during the day] and wanted to ensure everyone's care and accountability since we were not required to vacate the home during repair. Great job Justin and team as I am more than happy with the quality of work and professionalism. I have a new and improved home thanks to Paul Davis.

We had a wonderful experience the Paul Davis crews - from mitigation, demolition, cabinets, flooring, movers to cleaning. We had a water leak from our dishwasher and had to get our hardwood floors replaced. Everyone we interacted with was super nice and did quality work! I understand that we had one of the toughest demolitions (removing old floors) that they had ever seen and the team worked super hard to get done on time. I can't say enough about the team at Paul Davis and would highly recommend them (if you ever need them)!!!
