David, Justin and their team did an excellent job packing up my home, then bringing back my contents and unpacking. This was all a result of water damage I had. Highly recommend and very professional. Paul Davis give them a raise!

When my hot water heater exploded, my insurance company dispatched Paul Davis to help with cleanup and mold mitigation. (Hot water heater in the attic or a townhome meant water was in 3 levels of the home. In less than an hour, I had spoken with a rep from Paul Davis, and within two I heard from the crew assigned to my home. Antonio was my point of contact on the ground, and he was communicative, arrived when he said he was, and treated my home with incredible care and respect. His team included Richard and Cam, and the three of them helped prep my home for restoration. Over the four days in my house, this team of men were quick, efficient and clean. Bravo to them - I’m so glad my insurance company worked with Paul Davis. The experience went as well as it could have, given the situation.

Paul Davis Co. has been GREAT in taking care of the water damage to my home. From the first call everyone has been SUPER nice, calming and very attentive to the needs of my job. David Rogers and Richard Hodges were the 1st phase evaluation & Demo Team and did an Awesome job. They took the time to help me understand what would take place and keep me calm at the same time. This was devastating inside water damage that happened while we were out of town and water ran for days. We are now starting the reconstruction phase with Donnie Dickerson and team and they are just as nice and Professional as Phase 1Team. So far even though this was an unexpected unpleasant situation, everyone I have worked with has been great. Thanks Paul Davis for having Awesome and very Professional employees!!!

I am pleased to say that the Mitigation team lead by David with the assistance of Richard and Jasmine provided stellar service. They were very professional, informative, and explained the process as they dried out my floors from water damage. They ensured that they kept me up-to-date during the entire process. I would recommend this team to anyone.

The work itself was fine but a few months later, we got a letter saying that a lien was going to be issued on our home?! Our insurance company has apparently been dealing with communication issues with the company for months (the issue happened almost 8 months ago) and has not been resolved. Both sides have said repeatedly that the insurance company (Liberty) pays Paul Davis directly. After hours on the phone, the issue was identified within PDs quote/billing system. Obviously, aside from the stress of water damage and subsequent repair an administrative issue leading to a threatened lien is not what a customer wants. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this fixed with multiple missed calls and unreturned messages. As of this writing the issue is still not resolved and is the fault of Paul Davis. Avoid at all costs!!!
