Paul Davis Restoration of Las Vegas

Paul Davis company did a quick, efficient work on my property. It was an emergency situation due to water damage and they performed a professional job to take care of it. The staff working on my property David, Cameron, and Kevin were very friendly, communicative, and efficient.

Sam, Jason and Jon (PMO) of the mitigation team were very customer centric and approachable. They kept us informed of every action taken to resolve the water moisture issue in our master bathroom. From start to finish, they conducted business with professional courtesy. Great teamwork and service!

Paul Davis Restoration did a wonderful job on my flooded laundry room. The workers were professional and did a great job. Everyone was on time, worked cleanly and were respectful of my home. I hope not to need another restoration job again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

When my condo flooded due to a broken pipe, I called Paul Davis and they sent employee Cameron out immediately to start extracting water and stop the leak. He was soon joined by another employee named Sam and together they did a fantastic job protecting my furniture and getting as much of the water out as possible. I will recommend this company whenever there is a need for restoration. My thanks to Paul Davis crew.

We are still in the process of completing the construction and remodel due to a flood. So we can’t comment on quality or value however, every single person who has come in the home, and there have been at least 12 has done nothing but go above and beyond to satisfy every need that my 89-year-old grandmother had. She’s extremely nervous about having people in her home and touching her lifelong Items and they have done nothing but put her mind to ease and made this bearable. They have been efficient,on time, communicative, professional, and have gotten things done in such a timely manner. We would not have been so comfortable with any other company. John, Mike, Olivia. Brenda, Joey, and Sam have a personal interest in the Paul Davis brand it seems because they treat each task as though that was their name on the company. Thank God for a glimpse of what customer service used to look like!
