Paul Davis Restoration of Charleston

I've been waiting to do this review for a minute now, (sorry Ryan for making you sweat) LoL. I've been impressed beyond words with Ryan and the whole Paul Davis company. Ryan was on site introduced , and working on my family and I's best interest, and The fire engines haven't even started cleaning up yet. Backing him up, was Mr. Kenny (owner) mere minutes behind. Let's just marinate on that for a minute..the owner, on site, talking , hands on, getting involved, backing his people. They've got a word for that, "Outstanding"!. I never once through our whole experience with Paul Davis Felt like I was "Just another customer". They took care of and looked out for us from moment one. Ryan!?, Ryan was on top of everything , handling business like a boss. I can't express enough my appreciation for Ryan, Mr. Kenny and the whole crew. You took the stress out of what could have been way more stressful, and for always being available and willing to answer questions and concerns. No matter how many and how annoying it must have gotten lol. I would recommend NO other co. Than Paul Davis. Thank you all at PD, you gave us a beautiful home, to come home to.

Our home recently flooded and Paul Davis made the whole process pain free. They were quick to communicate, kind and professional. They were on time and did excellent work! Greg Pecora was our go to guy for the whole project. He went above and beyond making sure all of our needs were met. Couldn’t be happier!!

Greg with Paul Davis was great to work with. Paul Davis Restoration was recommended by my insurance company when we had a shower leak through a wall into another bedroom. They very quickly came out and put a plan together to get our son and daughter back into their rooms and bathroom. The project took place during thanksgiving time and Greg made sure my son’s room was put back together and ready for him before our families arrived for the holiday. Greg was quick to respond when I wanted the shower trim sub contractor to return to change a few things. Paul Davis Restoration also made sure I was 100% happy with the work before signing off on the completion paperwork.

Our family recently finished a renovation project led by Greg Pecora (project manager) and Marshall Cole of Paul Davis Restoration of Charleston. From the start, their professionalism, friendly demeanor and positive attitudes were both appreciated and comforting. Both put a tremendous amount of time and energy into the repair and restoration, ensuring we were satisfied throughout the process. Marshall's detailed bid and organization of selections helped to kick off the project in an efficient manner. He was sympathetic to our situation and gave us confidence from the beginning that we had made the right choice using Paul Davis. His kindness and thoughtfulness go well beyond the standard client relationship. Greg's attentiveness and work ethic were apparent from the first meeting. Whether by phone or email, his responsiveness and ability to both problem solve and provide clear and concise information was wonderful. He meticulously coordinated the project, ensuring that subcontractors performed the work in a timely manner with attention paid to the detail - even stepping in himself when needed to keep the project on schedule. Like Marshall, Greg's compassion and understanding was felt and greatly appreciated by all. We are immensely grateful to both Marshall and Greg, and the Paul Davis team as a whole, for their incredible service and the attention paid to our project. I will continue to highly recommend this company, and in particular these two employees, to anyone in need of restoration and repair work in the greater Charleston area.

The best part of working with PaulDavis was the professionalism of Marshall Cole. He was always checking on the progress and answered any questions we had for him. We had a flood in the downstairs of our house due to a broken hose under kitchen sink. We are both retired and it was very stressful for us. There were a few times we had to wait longer than we would of liked to getting things done but the end result was wonderful. Thank you again Marshall for all your help. PaulDavis is lucky to have you!
