Paul Davis Restoration of Central San Diego County

When I discovered a small leak in my kitchen wall, my insurance company recommended Paul Davis. They came out to do mitigation work for that small leak immediately and found evidence of another, much bigger leak that had caused enough damage that my kitchen had to be partially demolished to do the mitigation work. No one likes to be the messenger when delivering bad news but Thomas and James were incredibly professional and reassuring and were on the phone with my insurance company right away to confirm my coverage and get approval to start the work ASAP. James, Thomas, Tommy, Eduardo and Luis kept me informed as to which team members would be working on my property each day they were here, when they would arrive, what they would be doing and what next steps were every step of the way. They took great care to contain the demolition zone to just the kitchen and keep the rest of my home as dust-free and livable as possible. As an added bonus, they worked directly with my insurance company to handle all payment so it was one less thing for me to worry about. I hope I never have to experience a water leak and damage again but, if I do, I'll be calling Paul Davis again to get their exceptional assistance!

Working with Paul Davis was a great experience. Mark and James are very responsive and know the insurance industry requirements. Miguel, who did the repairs and restoration (mostly drywall and painting, but also replaced lights and other items) was fantastic. Such attention to detail. I highly recommend this company.
