Got me set up quickly and got me in contact with the right department after a few details. Zack Mason came out to the house free of charge and did a thorough mold inspection. Fortunately, it turned out to not need restoration, but our family appreciated the quick and professional response from the team at Paul Davis. Did a great job helping us recover from a basement flood. Paul Davis was on site fairly quickly with a water mitigation team to help clean up flood and water damage, and they also sanitized everything after getting the space dry. I also used their rebuilding services for the replacement of our basement flooring, drywalling, carpentry, etc. While I can say that the process took quite a long time, they did a good job managing to project and coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors to get the work done. I would recommend them for any kind of disaster recovery and rebuild projects.

After a huge rainstorm , my basement flooded for the first time in 33 years on the finished side of my basement. I tried calling several flood restoration places without any luck . I remembered that I had used Paul Davis when I had ceiling leaks from my roof many years ago. They had excellent service back then and fortunately for me they still do. I called them and they were at my house within a couple of hours. They took care of the flooding in a very professional matter. Everyone that I dealt with was very caring and sympathetic to my situation.

The crew from Paul Davis that worked on our attic remediation from raccoon damage was very thorough and professional. Our project manager, Daniel, was a great communicator and collaborator, keeping us informed and getting our input every step of the way. The crew was efficient, friendly, and respectful of the fact that a family member was ill. It was a big and complicated project, and I was very happy I chose Paul Davis to do the work.
