Don't get me wrong, the place is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, and clean. 2 starts went towards it.
If you open up a place next to Starbucks, it has to come with excellent service besides the product. The service I have received is below any kind of standards. Cashier was just simply mad... she tried to sell me cookie, which was broken in several places.... without saying anything ever after my comment, she ignored me.
I purchased a medium refresher, basically paid for the water $6, for which I had to wait an extra 5min. Cream pastry, can't hardly find cream. Pictures will tell all.
I have been here several times, I enjoyed the coffee and the twist donut. I tried a holiday cake and it was not good. It had no taste and I was very surprised because the twist donuts I have had before were good. I thought maybe they just had an off day and didn't make the cake properly so I called and asked if there is anything to do. The woman who picked up assure me that I was the only person who had an issue and it was in fact my problem and not hers. She provided no help and was rude. I won't be going back after spending over $50 on this cake.
Ordered tropical mango coconut cake & pistachio white chocolate mocha coffee. Cake was phenomenal. Mango layers inside with coconut flakes & topped it with mango mousse type icing with fruits, it was delicious & so soft. Coffee was good as usual white chocolate mocha but I didn’t taste any pistachio flavor. They have wide varieties of breads. Very nice ambiance. Good for little afternoon date.

Does the staff not wear hair nets? The first hair was passable; I work in the restaurant business, I get it. But the 2nd-5th are unacceptable. And those are just the ones I saw.
It's one of my favorite spots for pastries of all kinds. They have self-serve trays that you can put a sheet of parchment on and clean tongs for you to pick your items and then bring them to the register. You have the option to eat in or take out, and they will warm up your item if you desire. They have hot beverages which they make to order. If you are looking for wrapped salads and sandwiches, they have that too, along with a great selection of cakes. They also have more cakes online.
