This place is great. The deserts are really good. The cakes are pretty good as well. The employees are nice. I recommend this place 100% . Tasty bread, cakes and other deserts and also the drinks are really good .😁👍🏻
This bakery chain is similar to 85°C Bakery Cafe & Tous Les Jours (which I didn't like in K-Town LA, but always go there in NYC).
Always fresh and tasty sweet and savory bakery products, coffee and tea, and full cakes.
Prices range from $2 to $5 per.
Coffee $2-4.
Plan your visit at least 2 hours prior closing, otherwise, most of the delish stuff will be gone.
Personnel was nice, but little slow had to ask for papers for trays and wait for a hazelnut coffee for about 5 min because they were out.
Dear Paris Baquette Management,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received at your bakery earlier today 7-12-23 between 10:30-11:00am. As a long-time and faithful customer, it pains me to bring such an issue to your attention.
I have been a loyal customer of your bakery for quite some time now, mainly because it is conveniently located on my way home from work. However, my disappointment stems from the experience I encountered during my visit today, which unfortunately tarnished my perception of your establishment.
Specifically, I made a special trip to your bakery today to purchase lunch for my friend, who has been going through a difficult week. Due to an oversight on my part, I realized that I had left my wallet at home. Thankfully, I had my digital wallet with me, which should have enabled me to make a payment without any issues.
To my dismay, when I reached the cashier to pay for my order, I realized that I was three dollars short in cash. Consequently, I intended to cover the remaining balance using Apple Pay. However, for some unknown reason, my phone was not connecting to the payment system. Understanding that this could be a simple technical glitch, I informed the male employee working the register that I would step outside to resolve the issue.
Upon restarting my phone, I returned to the entrance of the bakery only to find a sign on the door stating "restroom break." I noticed that all three employees who were present at the time were walking away from the establishment. I called out to them, expressing my need to resolve the payment issue so that I could complete my purchase. To my surprise, they casually informed me that they were all going on a restroom break and ignored my request for assistance.
I was taken aback by this response. It seemed highly unusual for all three employees to simultaneously leave the store unattended for a restroom break. Left with no other option, I reluctantly waited outside the bakery, hoping that they would return soon and assist me. Unfortunately, after an extended period of waiting, I had no choice but to leave empty-handed, without the lunch for my friend and with the bakery still in possession of my cash.
This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I never anticipated such a lack of professionalism and customer service from your establishment. To add insult to injury, not only did I not receive the items I intended to purchase, but the bakery also retained my cash.
I want to emphasize that I have no desire to visit this particular location again. However, I am grateful to have discovered another one of your bakery outlets a few blocks away on Western. Not only is it larger with a wider selection of products, but the level of customer service there is also much more satisfactory. Rather than holding the entire company responsible for the actions of a few employees, I will continue to patronize your brand for special occasions, as my friends and I have done in the past.
Nonetheless, I felt compelled to bring this incident to your attention so that you are aware of the kind of service being provided at this specific location. It is my hope that you will take appropriate action to rectify this matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I kindly request a refund for the amount I paid in cash, which the bakery still holds.
I sincerely hope that you will address this issue promptly and effectively
