I absolutely loved my experience … I’m visiting my mother from Texas and let me tell you heaven on earth… I purchase the fruit pastry and a chocolate croissant for my boys I also purchase the harvest chicken salad(the one with fruit) and also purchase a delicious sandwich for me. Everything taste so fresh and delicious today I will be going back again because my 10YO can’t stop talking about this place…. It’s self serve which makes my kids feel so good because they get to pick there own things, the staff is so friendly and informative even tho I asked so many questions they had so much patience with me . You get what you pay for the prices are reasonable because the food is so fresh and delicious, the croissant have a wonderful balance of sweet and savory, you can taste how fresh the fruit is and the bread had the right amount of crunch and once you took a bite it took me back to italy. Overall I recommend it to all my friends that live in the area or that are visiting. The salad was the only one that made it home everything else was so delicious it dint make it to pictures.
As soon as I made the first bite of the almond croissant I felt I was in paradise. Then I tried a coffee roll and I saw a rainbow. OMG. Those pastries are so delicious!
Very interesting concept has arrived in Hartsdale. The pastries and foods and cakes are not so bad. They're not that expensive either. They work around the clock to make food delicious for us, especially the sweets. It's a great concept where you could take things home and enjoy them or sit down and have coffee, food, and delectable desserts. I was impressed. Everything is rich with calories so good ready to fill your stomach and spend an awful lot of money. The sandwiches, salads, cookies, cakes, desserts, pastries, will make any party or get together spectacular and any breakfast a delight. Don't miss this place folks because it's worth a shot. It's finger licking good.
I came to try the baguette. The bread is good, but has little to do with a French baguette besides being long and thin. The interior is dense and heavy, whereas it should be light and almost fluffy. The crust should be thin and crisp, whereas here it is thick and not flaky. And the ends should be conical, not rounded. If you want à real baguette, go to the bakery off Church St. In New Rochelle.
My cappuccino was amazing but the pastries I brought home were not as fresh as I would have hoped.
I ordered a slice of cake and when I opened the box the next day, it was not the slice I ordered. Cakes are beyond lovely but their baked goods are too pricey to lack perfection.
