Yesterday I wanted to make a service payment that I have made in multiple OXXO stores (in fact I ended up making it in the oxxo de macheros); When I got to the cash register, a woman named Carmina did not want to process it under the excuse that there was a "Cash only" legend, I tried to explain that I had done it several times with a card, even the branches where I had done it and no He only refused on all occasions, but his attitude was sarcastic and mocking, without any sense of customer service, without proposing solutions.
