Seriously, if you don't like your job, change to a new one.
This Oxxo is almost on the corner from where I live, and never, ever! They have a deposit service, you go during the day, afternoon or night and they always tell you that they don't have a deposit service, at least they should put a sign that they never they have service, if you need to do any, I recommend that you go to the Oxxo that is going up as if you were going to the Mega, further on from the "Mano amiga" elementary school, in that Oxxo you will always find this service working, the same for RedQ cards.
On the other hand, this Oxxo branch, if they are never willing to offer you this service, they should remove it from there.
Or better train the cashiers so that they don't get bogged down in everything and don't tell you that there is no service just so they don't take time, because there are also times when they say no because it seems that they don't want to or don't know how to do it.
