A while ago we came to pay for a service but this time my mom paid for it and she doesn't see well and well the lady who attended to my mom told her that she would dictate it to her but she can't and she told her and the lady from the Oxxo was angry that it is our responsibility and it is the first time that it has happened after so many years, so it means that the lady is useless

The guy who served me was very bad, if what he did can be called that, today June 2, 2017 at 10:44 PM I arrived at said establishment and the guy who was very relieved of his grief told me, icito, "I dropped the service" while I was sitting in the chairs that are for customers and his cell phone in hand (for those who have already gone know that from the door to the chairs there are about 2 - 2 and a half meters with the door between closed), without even getting up and when he finished telling me that he went back to his cell phone and to talk with another guy who was inside and it should be noted that the other guy did not have the corresponding uniform, that situation and that attitude is very reprehensible.

Since there were few people, it was very quick to respond, pay, and leave.
