At 11:47 I bought a Hersheys Glamor Coffee Cappuccino. I thought the Dixie cup (small) was for free samples like 7 eleven. When paying, the manager charged me the VIP price the same as the cappuccino. In fact, I bought the cheapest cocoa for my daughter... I told him I thought they were free samples and there was no price so I wanted him to remove the charge and his response. It was that I have to pay for it because I used the cup. I explained to him that I thought they were free...he threatened to call the police!!! I told him to call them and only then did he withdraw the charge and made a rude comment to me and my daughter as we were leaving.
