All the employees are very rude. Today I wanted to buy some things and the lady kept me waiting for her for a few minutes while she was doing other things in the employee room until a man came and she came out, but said that no one was answering. If you are not going to charge, close the store better.

Terrible service from the young man serving, apparently the Oxxo are exempt from respecting prices published in their windows and they leave you with the comment of "I didn't know that you are in charge" and "This is not Wal Mart to respect prices" The young man did not respect the price, he kept the merchandise behind the counter and only said "The next one"

Sometimes they close early, sometimes the system fails and there are no deposits but in general they provide good service and attention.
