Very bad service, they have piled up merchandise and there was a line of more than 10 people, piled up near the checkout.

Terrible service, they did not accept my jug because according to them it is dirty and has chlorine. And they allege that they are not received and they are charged. Better put up a sign that you don't want to sell.

HEIST. There is a guy with glasses who rounds you up without asking, all the other people serve you very well but this particular person for the third time wanted to charge me by rounding up without asking, obviously I told him that his job is to ask beforehand. The way I see it, this is robbery, and if they don't ask you, this person has surely been robbing many more. EYE

The cashier ESTELA MÁRQUEZ PÉREZ provides terrible service and her treatment of the customer leaves much to be desired. DO NOT MAKE PAYMENTS OR WITHDRAWALS WITH HER, she will surely keep your money too.

An old, poor, black man entered the oxxo asking for a coffee in the most friendly way. The kids who were at the checkouts didn't pay attention to him. I ordered a coffee for my old, black, poor friend and immediately the kids started making coffee. It's not fair that they treat him like that.
