Yesterday morning, March 29, at about 06:40, I arrived at this oxxo for a coffee and several things for breakfast and the person who attends at night was still not out of duty, and was discussing a cell phone recharge with a family for an error that he had and the family was upset, it took me too long arguing and I was even late for work, in the end he told me that the terminal was not working and I could not take what I would have for breakfast, and today March 30 I arrived again at 06:38 and the store was still closed but the same person was opening it, when he saw my car arrive and I was getting out of the vehicle, this person stared at me and went inside the store and no longer He came out, I waited for him for another 10 minutes and he never came out. People like this should not work in their stores, they give very bad service, since the girls who are there during the day are very attentive and friendly. I also work at night, I always try to maintain a positive attitude to do my work to the best of my ability, so working at night is not an excuse for giving bad service in a good store, and I always come to this oxxo and what one expects is good care. In general, it is a good store and most of the workers are attentive and friendly, only the bad experience you may have once makes you not want to return.
