The "gourmet" coffee they sell is THAT Oxxo, it's just water and also lukewarm. Seniors work there who pretend not to realize this. It is a scam for consumers.

It is an ideal place for travelers, it is right on the road and has ATMs and a PEMEX gas station. The service is normal/regular, sometimes it gets crowded and charging tends to be slow, but otherwise the waiting time is very short.

The waiting time is long. Because when there are a lot of people they don't open the second box. I do not recommend stopping to buy if you are in a hurry.
