Terrible customer service... It is not possible that they do not have change and that if you buy something as basic as a coffee they tell you that to buy a coffee you need to have change... otherwise they give you 500 pesos in coins and they still give the luxury of asking for respect... when that speaks of the unprofessional nature of their collaborators as well as the lack of judgment that exists in them... It's a shame for CADENA OXXO with such ignorant people.
