The store is good, tidy, "good" customer service and very clean and everything. The problem is that sometimes they don't tell you that They also sometimes apply it with other services and/or products. The boss there is not such a good worker, she chooses employees who help her cover her mornings and I think she has one without registering him in the OXXO system since he is a minor, from what I have found out.
After the remodeling and they changed the staff who did not and will not contribute anything to the purpose of the store, the service has improved a lot. Congratulations to OXXO for removing bad people from their stores and seeking to improve for the pleasure and satisfaction of all their customers.
It only remains to say that the boy who attends the oxxo never has bank deposits and they have a bad character because he always twists his eyes at me when I arrive and I say "good afternoon or hello, can you make me a deposit please" and he ends up saying "there is no system or not there are deposits"... Please I ask you in the most attentive way to replace this type of staff with another since for me it is not the corrector to attend the branch...

The guy who attends does not know how it works and the process for making deposits to bank accounts because strangely and only when he is at the counter "the system is gone" or "there are no recharges" of airtime. There have been not 1 but more than 9 occasions that this alleges. Run him or train him or have him sweep the warehouse to see if the signal from the Jodelachi broom or mop doesn't go away...
