They almost never answer and when they do but reluctantly, I go to work at 7 am and I want to buy something but no matter how much I knock, no one opens, terrible service

I went to pay for a service at 9:30 at night, it was my intention to make a service payment with a credit card but the employee told me that it was only possible by giving him my PIN with his face of "I hate this job, why am I?" "Am I throwing my life away?" And well, we customers are not to blame.

It's the only Oxxo I've been to (on more than one occasion since I live a few blocks away) that does inventory at peak hours when it's frequently closed and as if that weren't enough, there are lines and lines of people when they open only through the window. Put a better 7/11.

They are worthless in their attention, almost all day it is closed and not even a day after 11 no one answers, surely the idiots are asleep...
