Like all the stores in that chain: when you need it the most, they have no system but the commissions they charge are never overlooked, the attention of those who work there is TERRIBLE, it seems that it is a requirement that they always be hot, well, normal from one of these stores

I went to buy a hot chocolate from a machine. It's one of those self-service machines with 5 different flavors. I filled my mug with half regular and half cinnamon, as well as a bunch of other snacks. When it was time to pay, the cashier asked what flavor my drink was and I replied half and half. She said I can't mix the flavors. I apologized, saying that I didn't notice. She asked one of the owner/managers what to do, to which he responded, and charged me for both flavors. I said fine in this case I'll go get another cup of drink but she refused. I said it's not fair that I pay for two drinks when I'm only leaving with one, again apologizing for not knowing not to mix the flavors because I'm a tourist. She didn't budge and insisted that I pay for two drinks. The drinks come from the same machine, the only difference is the flavors. There was no signage stating do not mix. The manager finally arrived, and I explained the situation. She agreed to delete one of the drinks, but repeated that she couldn't mix flavors. I got the point now, that maybe in their system they need to record all purchases, that's why I was ready to pay for two drinks, or pay for a large drink instead of the medium I received, or pay for the more expensive option of the flavors, but it is NOT okay to make a customer pay for two drinks when they are only leaving with one, even with mixed flavors. The cashiers seemed uncomfortable and it wasn't their fault, but I could see that even they agreed and saw that I had a point. The first day I went to the store, they had no change, and I had to pay with a card. That was fine, but two days in a row I have problems with the same store. I am visiting from Canada and this is my neighborhood Oxxo where I go and buy snacks every night on the way home. After this experience, I will no longer visit this store due to their poor customer service practice.
