Oxxo

Terrible service, the older man who attends at night necessarily wants you to round up on the grounds that he has no change and if you don't round up he doesn't sell you. It is urgent that they clarify that rounding is not mandatory and that they change it, because it is the closest Oxxo and I have no other option.

I want to file a complaint, since more than two weeks ago a gray-haired lady with glasses attended me, fifteen to make a transfer, I gave her three 500 bills, wanting to pay 1,100 and waiting for my change, she told me that she had given her two 500 and one of 100 when it was not like that, she clung to the fact that she was right, until she took the bills out of the box and still saw me with the face that I was wrong, until she saw the three 500 bills, there were already several times that the lady steals my change of two or three pesos but very recurring, today the lady does not want to attend to me and I find it in very bad taste and even disrespectful that she does that, what she does is nonsense, I don't know what do you guys do but I really need this problem to be resolved since that Oxxo is the closest and the one for my convenience and I no longer feel comfortable going there for that foolish lady.
