So they give you a card to accumulate points and give you products. I am very loyal to the coffee they sell, they accumulate points for me but they no longer count the coffee to receive the 7th free and now it turns out that there is no system to count the 6th coffee I have purchased and then receive the other one for free. Terrible service

Excellent attention from the girl, very friendly and helpful

Your coffee machine doesn't work. For 3 weeks I have gone to buy coffee and it always fails. I even know what's going to happen. The staff just fixes it on the spot but it keeps crashing.
