They don't open the second box when there's a long line, and they demand that you put on your face mask and the employees don't even use it properly or in short don't put it on and they refuse to charge you if you don't bring it and to admit that they are acting badly, they are So bad that once I arrived and a client was suing the branch and an employee of sheer courage was treating the clientele badly even more than usual, and once I paid with a 20-peso bill for a soft drink and they told me that they had no change ( something absurd) and the employee got mad at me as if I were to blame, sometimes they even fight among themselves, my favorite oxxo (sarcasm) xd

THE WORST OXXO I HAVE SEEN IN LIFE!!! The employees and above all the manager have a very despicable treatment, quite arbitrary charges, the establishment in their policies dictates that the water and the milk for coffee are courteous and even so they have THE GOLD to charge 4 PESOS FOR HOT WATER IS AN OUTREACH, and when you ask for your ticket they refuse, the establishment has not gone bankrupt only because of the need of the poor students who have to go, DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT

The treatment is friendly but they are somewhat slow for the few products they charge. They struggle a lot with change. They lack more character to ask people (juniors) that face masks are mandatory in the establishment.

The staff is friendly and fast. You can find a variety of products typical of a convenience store. But you should check the expiration date before purchasing. It is my recommendation

Very bad, there is no cofeemate, the staff should have more initiative in placing a carnation milk while the cofeemate arrives, they comment that they are in shortage, how bad
